1) Return Policy

You may request a return or refund within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Start a return via email: Include your order number and proof of purchase to [email protected].
  • Item condition: Must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in the original bag/box.
  • Products that are washed, worn, damaged, or missing original packaging are not eligible for refund or replacement.
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject requests if not justified. No refunds for issues outside our control.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Wait for our instructions before shipping anything back.

2) Items Returned to Sender

Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be delivered and may be returned to our warehouse.
  • Please verify your shipping information carefully at checkout.
  • If returned due to address errors, email us promptly with the correct details. We will coordinate with logistics to support you.
We are not responsible when:
  • The address provided was incorrect, no one was available to receive delivery, or the package wasn’t collected.
  • There are exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance issues, natural disasters, tracking shows “delivered,” or items shipped into your mailbox but lost).

3) Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.

    • The received item,
    • The QR code, and
    • The shipping label.
  2. Wait for our authorization before sending anything back.
Eligible cases include:
  • Blurry print or off-center print
  • Incorrect item vs. order (size, color, style)
  • Damaged during delivery (torn, stained, etc.)
  • Other errors caused by TeeUgly
We do not offer size exchanges unless we shipped the wrong size. Note: Returns are accepted only for unused and unwashed items in the same condition as received.

4) Refunds

  • Proof of purchase is required for all refunds.
  • Inspection & notification: After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you an approval or rejection.
  • Processing: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within the standard processing time of your bank/card issuer.
  • Amount: Refunds are for 100% of the order total.

  2. Contact your credit card company (posting times may vary).
  3. Contact your bank (processing times may apply).
