You can follow these steps to complete your order:

  3. Click the “Add To Cart” button
  4. Proceed to checkout. Enter your payment details and apply any discount codes you may have
  5. Receive your confirmation email/message when your order is successful

Your product will enter the handling process shortly after your order is placed. To estimate when you can expect delivery, please account for the following factors in our processing time during regular seasons:

  • Handling time: After payment is authorized and verified, your order enters the handling and processing phase. This typically takes 2-7 days depending on the product.
  • Transit time: Once handling is complete, your order will be shipped out. Delivery within the US usually takes 5-7 business days for items printed domestically, and 10-15 days for items printed internationally, including customs clearance.

For international orders without local printing facilities, production takes place at our Asian fulfillment centers. The estimated total production and delivery time is 10-20 business days. However, thanks to our optimized global logistics, the actual duration is often shorter than our conservative estimate. If any delays occur, we will promptly notify you via email.

Specifically, orders from Canada, Australia, Europe and other regions are processed and shipped from local warehouses and partners. Additionally, we operate printing facilities in some Asian countries like Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia and China. These fulfill specialized product orders or replenish inventory that is out-of-stock in US and European fulfillment centers.

Your product will go into the handling process shortly after your order has been submitted.

To estimate when you can expect your order, kindly consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date applied in Regular seasons:

– Handling time:

  • After your payment is authorized and verified, your order will go into the handling process and this process often takes 2 – 7 days depending on which product you purchase.

– Transit Time:

  • After the handling process is completed, your order will be shipped out and it will take a few more days to arrive at your address. Typically, the delivery time within the US is 5-7 business days for orders printed in the US, and 10-15 business days for orders printed outside the US, including customs clearance time.
  • For orders outside the US, if there is no printing facility located near your country, we will place the order at our printing facilities in Asia. The estimated total production and shipping time is around 15-25 business days. However, the actual time is often shorter due to our optimized shipping methods. In case of any delay, we will promptly inform you through communication channels such as notes or emails.

Tracking information only updates once your order has shipped out and been picked up by the postal courier for scanning. If it has been over 21 days since you placed your order, and you still do not see any live tracking updates, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]

Be sure to have your order number and email that was used to make the purchase when contacting our support.

When you place an order, a confirmation email should be sent containing your order receipt and details. If you did not get this confirmation email, please try the following steps::

  1. Check your spam folder and other email accounts, especially if you checked out with PayPal.
